Oyster Shucking Master Class with Sarah Browne of Oysome

This is a 1 hour oyster workshop limited to 16 participants. All equipment is provided.  It will include oysters from three different farms and the two species of oysters that are grown in Ireland.

They will be expertly guided through the process of how to properly shuck and taste oysters & why it matters. I will demonstrate how to prepare basic accompaniments which will enhance the tasting rather than overpower it.

Guests go home with a tasting pack to continue their experience at home.

Pack includes OMG tasting wheel, Oysome apron, taste the Atlantic oyster knife & notes on how to have the best experience when buying, storing, shucking and tasting Irish oysters.
